This is a gorgeous ranch-style home (think Leave It To Beaver) in Studio City. Perched atop a hill, the home has sweeping panoramic views, a large (9 foot deep) pool, large Jacuzzi hot tub, and outdoor cabana. The views include Universal Studios, city lights and canyon/hillside views. The home has a 50's feel, but modernized with a modern granite and slate kitchen, lots of windows, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The living room has an 11-foot motorized movie screen and projector for watching movies (with the host), and your room is a lovely private bedroom with it's own 1/2 bath, closet, 3D TV, and fireplace. There is also a full bathroom at the end of the hall that you would also have to yourself (but the 1/2 bath is attached to the guest-room for late-night privacy without leaving your room).

Because the house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet and no through traffic. There is no parking enforcement/restriction on the street, and despite being atop a hill, the freeway is less than 1 mile away, so it is extremely freeway friendly.

Do unto others... we're pretty laid back, but expect guests to be reasonably quiet (or keep to your room if you're being louder) after about 11pm. Don't drink our drinks or eat our food without asking, and don't leave a mess in common areas, and we'll get along just fine!
